Bring us your outrageous quantities, and your impossible deadlines.  When no one else will even listen, we'll tell you what you want to hear:  "No Problem".  And you can take that to the bank.  Seriously, there is virtually no hand-assembly job we can't handle.  While our permanent staff can handle most challenges, we can bring in hundreds more on a moment's notice.  Nobody does it better....nobody understands better than is that quick, dependable, quality assembly is the key to making you look good.  Whether its pocket folders, POP displays, dimensional packaging assembly or a hand-glued project, we will complete the job on time, on budget and of course to perfection.

Our complete range of complementary equipment finishes any job with shrink wrapping, poly bagging, lamination, gluing and a full range of binding options, all performed in-house and designed to meet even the most demanding deadlines.

Fulfillment/Distribution

Getting your packages out fast is what we are all about.  Using the latest dedicated computer systems, we work closely and efficiently with all of the major carriers so that your products reach your customers as soon as humanly possible.  While a typical week at PCG involves 8,000-10,000 drop shipments, we've handled as many as 13,000 in a single day.  With the most advanced facilities and the finest people in the business,  there's very little that can't be done.

Need space?  Service?  And meticulous organization?  No worries.  We'll set up a dedicated area of our warehouse specifically for your materials.  Items will be entered into our database for inventory control and updated daily.  Each item can be picked, packed and shipped as needed.  It's like warehousing your own materials, just a little easier!

Kodak NexPress Dimensional Coating System

The Difference You Can See and Feel

We just added an incredible new dimensional coating and clear dry ink system to our Kodak NexPress digital printing press.  The new coating system gives text and images a raised 3D and dimensional effect that will ensure your communications stand out in today's crowded and competitive marketplace.  This new feature is being used by our clients for a wide variety of applications ranging from promotional brochures to direct mail pieces to point of sale displays to calendars.

Creating the dimensional art is relatively easy.  You can work with design applications including and not limited to:  Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign CS and  all that it takes it creating a layer to carry the dimensional ink which you specify as a spot color. 

Dimensional coating creates prints that are recyclable and do not require and special de-inking and uses no volatile organic compounds (VOC's).

Bridging the Gap Between Digital and Conventional Print

Web2Print, bridges the gap between digital content online and commercial print production.  This cost-effective process will enable you to create, edit, and approve computer-based templates during the prepress phase.  Most web-to-print applications will allow you to customize pre-designed templates and upload unique content for automated print production.  When our NexPress digital system is used for the final output, the template is transformed into a PDF file that serves as the "master" plate.

Our content composition based programs designed to create custom print projects will allow you to design and publish web-based templates and customize the templates with highly and individually relevant content, then preview and publish them as print-ready files.  The Web2Print program is ideal for creating and printing promotional brochures, catalogs, flyers, datasheets, posters, signage, office supplies and stationary.
